Via Air Announces Tucson Flights Nonstop to Austin

Via Air announced Nov. 15, it will be coming Tucson International Airport with nonstop flights to Austin, Texas beginning Jan. 18.
Service to Austin will operate Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays aboard 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jets.
"This a very exciting announcement for Tucson International Airport," said Tucson Airport Authority President and CEO Bonnie Allin. "This is a tremendous opportunity to bring the cultures and economies of Austin and Tucson closer together.”
This announcement increases the number of airlines service Tucson International Airport to seven, serving 19 nonstop destinations.
