RS&H has named three new vice presidents to its aviation practice: John Carrigan, Pat Frame and Nick Ryan.
“By elevating John, Pat and Nick to officer roles, we further grow our firm and the opportunities we have across our aviation markets,” said RS&H Aviation Practice Leader Don Andrews.
As Southeast Region Aviation Leader and Ft. Lauderdale Office Leader, Carrigan manages a full complement of airfield civil and electrical engineers, architects and building engineers, development and environmental planners and environmental/water resources engineers – 88 associates in all – across eight offices.
Frame serves as RS&H’s Great Lakes Region Aviation Leader, leading the firm’s aviation efforts across Michigan. He has developed, managed and guided several teams during his 16-year tenure with the firm, leading teams at Detroit Metro and Willow Run, Flint, Lansing, MBS, Charlevoix, Owosso and Sparta airports.
Ryan joins RS&H’s Philadelphia office with 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, providing design, program, projects and construction management for more than $1 billion in construction in 20 states. Previously, Ryan served as vice president and aviation practice lead for Arora Engineers. He is chair of the AAAE Northeast Chapter Corporate Committee and the incoming chair of the aviation lighting committee of the Illuminating Engineering Society.
RS&H’s Board of Directors approved the appointments at their November meeting.
