LeClairRyan announced that partners Morgan W. Campbell and H. Paul Efstratis will serve as co-leaders of the firm’s national Products Liability and Transportation practice team.
Based in Alexandria, Va. and San Francisco, respectively, Campbell and Efstratis bring deep experience across several industries.
Campbell counsels and defends aviation, oil and gas and other entities in state and federal court. He handles litigation and investigations arising from events such as air crashes, airport incidents and pipeline leaks and ruptures. He has practiced with the firm since 2017.
Efstratis focuses on commercial and consumer breach of warranty cases for automotive manufacturers. He has practiced with the firm since 2012.
“Morgan and Paul’s practice experience will perfectly serve the needs of our Products Liability and Transportation team as LeClairRyan continues on its mission to realign under a Law Firm 2.0 model,” said Thomas C. Regan, who recently stepped down from the post to become the firm’s Litigation Department leader. “I am excited to see how they will innovate in this new role.”
