The Airport Consultants Council (ACC) is pleased to announce that Colleen Flood has been promoted to senior director, marketing, membership and meeting services, and Lisa Deyo has been promoted to director, education and accreditation.
Flood, who joined ACC in 2012, has assumed many additional responsibilities throughout her tenure with the organization. “This promotion reflects Colleen’s many contributions to ACC and its membership,” said ACC President T.J. Schulz. “She provides excellent customer service to ACC members, has a keen eye on organizing quality events and meetings, and has implemented a number of upgrades and enhancements to ACC headquarters and organization. More importantly, her promotion recognizes her role in the future in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our marketing and membership services activities”
Joining ACC as full-time staff in 2017, Lisa Deyo has substantially elevated ACC’s training programs and offerings. “Lisa played a lead role in developing and implementing ACC’s Training Hub, which currently has over 1,900 individual user accounts,” said Schulz. “ACC members and the industry in general benefit from the many diverse and relevant content the Training Hub as to offer. Lisa has also done a great job securing accreditation for ACC’s offerings as well. In the future, Lisa will work on establishing on-demand content that will be available to airport development experts 24/7.”
