Skyxe Saskatoon Airport welcomes Flair Airlines to Saskatoon.
“We are very excited to welcome Flair Airlines to Saskatoon,” says Stephen Maybury, president and CEO of Saskatoon Airport Authority. “Enhancing our air service options by providing a low-cost carrier option, especially in such a difficult industry environment, provides additional opportunities to get our guests where they need to go.”
Flair Airlines is also looking forward to the launch, adding, “We continuously receive requests from our passengers to service these communities,” says Jim Scott, CEO. “Many of these areas are experiencing reduced accessibility, and we know that Canadians need affordable air fares now more than ever. We are committed to supporting these communities across the country as they safely reopen to travel.”
With a new low-cost option for visitors to get to Saskatoon, Tourism Saskatoon is excited about the future of the new service.
“The global travel industry has begun to rebuild. We welcome Flair Airlines to our destination and look forward to working with them through this recovery and beyond,” commented Todd Brandt, president & CEO of Tourism Saskatoon.
Flair Airlines will be flying two times a week from Saskatoon to Vancouver and Toronto beginning Aug. 27.
