Appleton International Airport Reopens Valet Parking Service
Appleton International Airport (ATW) announced the reopening of its popular ATW Valet parking service with an improved touchless process. In addition, the airport is waiving the $10 drop-off fee associated with the service through December 31 — giving travelers a low-cost option at $8 per day that allows them to park steps from the front door.
ATW Valet parking was introduced by the airport in 2019 and offers customers ideal convenience for airport parking. Travelers are able to drop off their car just steps from the airport entrance, eliminating the need to search for a parking spot. Upon returning home, the customer’s car is waiting near the front door ready to drive — and in the winter months, without snow.
Appleton Airport has taken enhanced cleaning measures to keep valet customers safe. These processes include valet staff wearing masks and gloves when moving a car, providing steering wheel and seat covers to add an extra layer of protection, and returning keys to travelers in sanitized pouches. ATW Valet also upgraded to a phone-based touchless payment system, which provides customers a virtual valet ticket, further eliminating touchpoints.
“We want our customers to continue having amazing experiences at Appleton Airport, and our newly re-designed ATW Valet enhances that,” said Abe Weber, airport director. “With its focus on cleanliness, easy touchless payment, and reduced cost of $8 per day, ATW Valet offers our travelers a VIP-level experience for a very low cost.”
