Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill Now Open at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
Delaware North announced the opening of its latest restaurant at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill, a popular casual-dining concept founded in South Florida. The restaurant, open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., is located in Terminal 3 in the E-F connector.
The 5,800-square-foot restaurant has 29 televisions, and its menu features bar food such as Bokamper’s famous Killer Wings and Burgers. The bar offers handcrafted cocktails and 24 beer taps, including many local varieties.
“Bokamper’s has built such a great following in this region that we know it will be a perfect fit for travelers in the airport space,” said Jamie Obletz, president of Delaware North’s travel division. “We’re excited to welcome loyal Bokamper’s followers as well as those who have yet to experience the superb food and unmatched atmosphere.”
Following Delaware North’s “Safe Travels” COVID-19 safety and health protocols, Bokamper’s uses virtual-kiosk technology and self-order kiosks for contactless transactions with travelers.
The Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill concept was founded in 2008 in Plantation, Fla., in partnership with its namesake and former Miami Dolphins player Kim Bokamper. Since then, the restaurant has expanded to five locations throughout South Florida.
