Yuma International Airport Announces Lynn Hall's Retirement
On May 17, Yuma International Airport announced the retirement of Lynn Hall who served s the airport's maintenance director since 2000. The airport released the following statement in a newsletter update:
For the past 21 years Lynn has dedicated himself to making sure the airport terminal and the airport’s property were in tip-top shape for the airport’s guests, tenants and aviators. He has always been our ‘go-to’ team member who was happy to help no matter what task he was asked of him.
Lynn never met a stranger and turned every meeting into an opportunity to make a new friend. He and his son Jared became involved in the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and have invested in aircraft for future endeavors to further General Aviation in Yuma County far into the future.
Lynn’s rosy cheeks, straw hat and contagious smile will be missed tremendously by the whole airport family. But we are extremely excited about the next chapter of his life and wish he and his family blessings far into the future.
