As one of the consultancy committees established in 1998 by Eurocontrol (European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation), the Performance Review Commission was established to set the targets and review, assess, monitor, and report the performances of 41 member countries independently and perspicuously.
The Commission is also responsible for providing the implementation of the performance and target setting system among the member countries.

Together with these two reports, PRC Commission also furnishes technical notes based on the requests of member countries and publishes analyses on the issues of environment, safety, and costs regarding aviation as well.

The PRC Commission aims to improve ATM performance with its recommendations by emphasizing the areas that require attention.
