FlyMyAirport Expands to More Airports, Unveils "Explore Map" Feature
Building on its successful integration at Appleton Airport (ATW), the FlyMyAirport software has expanded to twelve more airports and added a new "Explore Map” feature.
The interactive map showcases non-stops, one-stops, and the most popular destinations consumers can easily access from the airport. Once a destination is chosen, its UX design advances consumers along the purchase funnel. The software provides data related to user engagement, search frequency, trending destinations, clicks to providers (e.g., “Book Now”), and purchases. It also links this data back to advertising channels and creative for improved visibility to marketing effectiveness. Presently, more than 11% of consumers searching flights via FlyMyAirport™ are choosing a search result and moving forward to the airline’s booking cart.
Steve Romme, co-founder of Airport One, LLC, stated, "Our 'Explore Map' not only enhances user engagement but also effectively communicates destinations easily accessible from an airport. With the addition of twelve more airports, we're transforming how consumers engage with their airports. FlyMyAirport™ is more than a fast and easy addition to existing airport websites; it's a round-the-clock customer service platform that elevates the traveler's experience, fostering a stronger bond with their local airport."
Launched just three months ago, FlyMyAirport™ is a Search-to-Book tool, powered by KAYAK but localized to benefit the participating airport. Recently, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), Eastern Iowa Airport (CID), and Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) joined the growing list of airports partnering with FlyMyAirport™.
