The County of Ventura Appoints Casey Pullman, C.M., as Deputy Director – Airports, Operations & Maintenance
The County of Ventura has named Casey Pullman, C.M., Deputy Director – Airports, Operations & Maintenance for Camarillo Airport (CMA) and Oxnard Airport (OXR). In this role, he will coordinate and administer multiple program areas, including operations, emergency services, facilities maintenance, and security functions of both airports. He began his new position on November 15, 2023.
Mr. Pullman has a strong background in aviation leadership and operational excellence, most recently serving as General Manager for Castle & Cooke Aviation. In that role, he spearheaded business development strategies, resulting in a significant increase in the company’s client base and revenue growth. He also implemented processes to optimize operations, streamline workflows and reduce costs. Mr. Pullman has also held the titles of Area General Manager for Atlantic Aviation – Burbank; Airport Manager for Carson City Airport; and Airport Operations Officer for Ventura County Department of Airports. He also served in the United States Navy.

Mr. Pullman earned his bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics and his master of business administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
