Patey Aviation, in collaboration with Spanish Fork City, is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the highly-anticipated Patey Aviation Business Park. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 28, at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the Spanish Fork Airport, approximately 2300 N Main Street (north of the current airport entrance).

The Patey Aviation Business Park will be a significant leap forward for both the Spanish Fork Airport and private aviation enthusiasts alike. This represents a $60 Million first phase development of an overall $100 Million total project at the airport. Boasting a prime location and an array of amenities, this park is set to firmly establish the Spanish Fork Airport as a premier destination for private pilots.

The groundbreaking ceremony will feature addresses from the three visionary owners of the project, alongside esteemed Spanish Fork City officials, highlighting the collaborative effort that has brought this project to fruition.

This state-of-the-art aviation hub will feature 66 hangars, ranging in price from $350,000 to $3.5 million, catering to the diverse needs of private pilots. With sizes ranging from 2,200 square feet to 21,000 square feet, these hangars offer ample space and flexibility to accommodate various aircraft types.

One of the key features of the Patey Aviation Business Park is its emphasis on community and collaboration. Each hangar provides access to either a private suite or shared common suite, fostering opportunities for hangar owners to connect, collaborate, and share resources. A public restaurant is planned where anyone is invited to dine at the airport with a clear view of planes landing and taking off.

Many aviation enthusiasts are drawn to this development not only for its exceptional facilities but also for the unparalleled recreational opportunities that Utah offers year-round.

Despite the considerable excitement surrounding the project, hangars are still available across all sizes and price ranges. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Brad Mertz at 801-368-2266 for more information and to secure their place in this transformative aviation community.

The Patey Aviation Business Park represents a bold step forward for private aviation in Spanish Fork and underscores the commitment to innovation and excellence that defines both Patey Aviation and the Spanish Fork community.
