Avports, a leading provider of aviation services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Krystal Brumfield as Director of Avports U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), which includes Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas and the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix and Sarah Beaver as Senior Manager, Product Delivery for the Avports team.
Avports has 15 airports under management or P3 lease, covering passenger terminals and facilities in the US and Caribbean. Krystal J. Brumfield is an attorney and accomplished corporate executive with nearly 20 years of proven leadership experience in the public and private sectors. Krystal regularly engages businesses and government officials on global and national economic policy issues. She has extensive experience scaling businesses by building high-performing teams, developing data-driven strategies, and implementing innovative technologies to enable growth. She is an influential business and community leader with an established reputation for building synergistic relationships and partnerships.

Sarah Beaver has over a decade of industry experience and is well-versed in airport development, both the public and private aspects, including public-private partnerships (P3). She has extensive experience in operational optimization, development program management, stakeholder relations throughout the construction process, ORAT, and initial terminal opening. Her depth of knowledge in public-private partnerships is unmatched.
