Hamburg, 25 February 2013:
Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) and theAustralianCollegeof Kuwait (ACK) have concluded a cooperation agreement. The contract was signed by Holger Beck, Chief Commercial Officer at LTT, and Professor Vishy Karri, President of ACK, representing their respective organizations.
Under the agreement LTT will provide EASA CAT B1.1 and EASA CAT B2 training concepts for the basic training program, will run train-the-trainer courses for trainers inKuwaitand will provide access to web- and computer-based training media. LTT will also support the college in carrying out examinations on EASA Part-66 modules (Full Basic Examinations).

The first EASA CAT B1.1 course offering LTT expertise has started on February 17, 2013.

ACK is post High School education that takes fresh graduates from high school into its English foundation or direct entry to its 2 year diploma programmes (in Business or Engineering) followed by a 2 years program for any of its degree programmes within ACK or at its Australian auspice institutions inAustraliaorCanada. All ACK students are registered at ACK and the relative auspice institution. Upon graduation, ACK graduates hold both ACK Diploma and the auspice partner’s Diploma which qualifies them for entry into a university degree program at ACK or abroad.
