Global Jet Services Appoints Rich Bean as Vice President

Rich has been actively involved in aviation maintenance, training, and program management for over 28 years.

AVON, CT, USA: June 16, 2015 – Global Jet Services, Inc., a leading innovator specializing in on-location aviation maintenance and professional development training, has named Mr. Rich Bean the organization’s vice president.

Rich Bean came to Global Jet Services in June of 2012 to fill its newly-created position of Director of Operations, where he oversaw all personnel from the Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Print production and shipping, and Training Development teams. Having achieved continued success since his arrival, Rich has become the qualified choice to move into the role of company Vice President.

Rich has been actively involved in aviation maintenance, training, and program management for over 28 years. He is retired from the United States Air Force (USAF) with 21 years of active duty and has a BS in Organizational Management and Leadership. His aircraft maintenance and training background has varied from the Boeing B-52G and KC-135 A/Q/R models to the Lockheed U2 high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft. Rich has directly managed the USAF/USN T-6A/B Simulator program and two Air Force Security Training (AFSAT) Contractor Logistics Support programs in Iraq for Hawker Beechcraft.

Former Global Jet Services Vice President, Patricia McHenry, will continue with her role as Chief Financial Officer of the company and dedicate more time to the company’s long-range planning and fiscal future.
