Talent Solutions Coalition at NCAT to Host Aviation Talent Management Forum
Wichita, Kansas. The Talent Solutions Coalition (TSC) at the National Center of Aviation Training (NCAT) will host the first in a series of annual industry forums on talent planning management best practices. The TSC Talent Planning Management Forum will be held March 23—24, 2017 at NCAT.
NCAT launched the Talent Solutions Coalition in late 2016. The Coalition operates as a nation-wide talent supply chain for the aviation industry. Supply chain members include higher education institutions with industry-recognized aviation programs and leading providers of aerospace and aviation technical certifications.
The Coalition is retained by employers and industry associations seeking help in sourcing workers from multiple markets to meet the industry’s expanding needs for reliable managerial, leadership and technical talent.
TSC’s Talent Planning Management Forum will offer participants a combination of panel presentations on talent planning management best practices, followed by case-based working sessions to develop innovative solutions to actual aviation industry talent acquisition scenarios. Participants from across the country will be attending.
The Forum will be particularly useful to aviation employers, providers of aviation training, education and certification programs and services, and economic development groups seeking new ways to support regional workforce growth.
The Forum will provide participants with effective and valuable tools and methods for creating and enhancing talent demand planning, talent management, and talent development programs.
Leaders from SpaceTEC, St. Louis Community College, the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Vincennes University, Inside Higher Education, ExpressJet Airlines and the Airlines for America Association will be among the featured presenters. Information about the Forum is available at https://talentsolutionscoalition.org/events/
