Skyborne Airline Academy launches funding solution with Optimum Credit
Skyborne Airline Academy is launching a funding solution for its cadet pilots in partnership with Optimum Credit, the UK’s leading provider of second charge mortgages.
The funding solution will enable cadets to borrow money, subject to status, to cover their course fees, secured against a residential property, which may assist them in paying for their training course.
Ian Cooper, chief operating officer, Skyborne Airline Academy, says, “at Skyborne, we believe there should be no barriers in place that prevent our most promising applicants from joining our programmers, which is why we are working with a number of financial institutions to provide innovative funding solutions.
“Our partnership with Optimum Credit will assist cadets in paying for their course, as they are dealing with a second charge mortgage specialist. We are looking forward to introducing this funding solution to cadets when our EASA Integrated ATPL course launches in the Spring.”
Ian Praed, Chief Operating Officer, Optimum Credit, says, “we are delighted to be working with Skyborne Airline Academy to offer funding solutions to help cadets pay for their training courses. We hope that through this partnership, even more of Skyborne’s most promising applicants will be able to achieve their aspirations.”
Through the partnership with Optimum Credit, cadets can borrow the full amount of course fees up to £200,000, subject to status, and will have the opportunity to speak with one of Optimum’s fully qualified advisors.
