SIMAERO Appoints New Commercial Director

Nicolas Mouté, CEO of SIMAERO, one of the largest independent provider of commercial pilot flight simulation training worldwide, has announced the appointment of Lina Rutkauskiene as a director of commercial department, marketing and communication in SIMAERO France.

Lina has been part of SIMAERO management team from the opening of Paris Training Center back in 2011. With Master’s degree of Business Administration & Management and as the former CEO of BAA Training, part of Avia Solutions Group, she has more than 18 years of professional experience in aviation industry, including previous managerial experience in TNT and Lithuanian Airlines.

“Lina Rutkauskiene has greatly contributed to successful development of SIMAERO during the last 9 years. The experience and knowledge which Lina brings to our business will further strengthen our commercial capability and her expertise will be vital to the company as we continue our ambitious growth plans. I am happy that she accepted the challenge to drive and implement commercial strategy and objectives for SIMAERO France, during these very complicated times of global pandemic,” Mouté explained.

With full responsibility of leading and developing sales & marketing activities in SIMAERO France, Lina will manage the commercial team, supervise negotiations and customer relationships, with a special focus to continuous improvement of customers’ experience. In coordination with SIMAERO South Africa, SIMAERO Engineering and SIMAERO China subsidiaries, her responsibilities include acceleration of turnover growth and implementation of a dynamic marketing & communication policy with the aim of raising company’s profile on its markets, strengthening its image and knowledge worldwide.
