Attracting the Next Generation of Visionaries in Focus at NBAA-BACE
Throughout the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA’s) Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), taking place Oct. 22-24 in Las Vegas, NV, a host of initiatives will focus on the efforts, by the association and others, to attract and retain the next generation of leaders, visionaries and pioneers into the business aviation workforce.
The convention takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and following are some of the planned sessions and other ways the show will focus on workforce attraction and retention throughout the week.

· 9 a.m. Careers in Business Aviation Day, Meeting Room No. 2 (N250) FAA Administrator Steve Dickson and Jim Payne, chief pilot of the Perlan Project speak to hundreds of students from local schools about opportunities in the business aviation industry.
