    Tucson, AZ - April 4, 2019 – Robert Randall, U.S. Senior Sales Manager for Universal Avionics (UA), announces that Mr. David Carter has been appointed to the position of Regional Sales Manager for Northwestern U.S. In his new position, David will support UA Authorized Dealers and Integrators in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.
