ARINC Announces Inaugural Mechanical Maintenance Conference
WARRENDALE, Pa., Have you heard about our inaugural Mechanical Maintenance Conference (MMC) to be held November 7-9, 2017 in Cleveland, Ohio? Time is flying by… you do not want to delay registering to attend, securing an exhibit or securing an opportunity to further promote your company’s brand!
The Mechanical Maintenance Conference (MMC) is an aviation industry activity organized by ARINC Industry Activities, an SAE ITC Program, to assist aviation interests in cooperating to develop shared technical solutions and to establish technical standards. The Mechanical Maintenance Conference contributes to increased reliability and maintainability, which results in reduced operating costs for the airline industry. These contributions are achieved through the Mechanical Maintenance Conference (MMC) and development of technical standards. The MMC Program is organized into two major sections. The General Information section contains the information that you will need to get the most benefit from this unique aviation meeting. It includes the schedule of events and abstracts of the technical symposiums that are planned. The MMC Questions by Topic – the most important part of the program – presents the 141 Discussion Items submitted by airlines that will be discussed at the MMC.
The MMC conference also holds many opportunities for expanding customer interaction by promoting your company’s brand. Opportunities include:
· Hosting an Exhibit: Exhibits open with the Tuesday Evening Expo beginning at 3:00pm inclusive of a light fare and refreshment reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Additional brand exposure can be found in the option of continuing throughout the week. Break refreshments are served in the Ballroom which equates to greater visibility to our existing and potentially new customers.
· Sponsoring Refreshment Breaks: There are two refreshment breaks each day of the meeting offered as sponsorship opportunities. In appreciation, we recognize your organization on our website, within the MMC Mobile App, and recognition at the conference. Each break sponsor may provide a short 3-minute video or presentation of their company products for showing just before the sponsored break.
· MMC Mobile App Organization Highlight: Share your company’s brand and various avenues to learn more about your products and services. Information suggested to include are your organization’s and contact, various URLs (www, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin), a brief description of your company and perhaps advertisement/technical sheets regarding your products and services.
· MMC Registration Giveaways: This opportunity allows you to provide your branded items to the registration desk as part of the attendee material for the conference. As you can imagine, this puts your branded product in the hands of each attendees.
