Eaton Selected to Provide High-Pressure Environmental Control System Ducting for Gulfstream's All-New G500 and G600 Business Jets

IRVINE, Calif. …Environmental control system ducting manufactured by power management company Eaton will be featured in the all-new family of G500 and G600 business jets recently announced by Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics. Using expertise in build-to-model digital design, Eaton is supplying lightweight, durable and innovative ducting and related components for both airplanes' high-pressure environmental control systems as well as wing anti-ice ducting. The contract amount has not been disclosed.

Eaton's metallic ducts are manufactured from three materials ― aluminum, titanium and inconel ― to optimize weight savings while providing the durability required for high-pressure, high-temperature environments.
