Field Aviation Names Robert Baseggio VP of Business Development

Based at Field Aviation’s Toronto Pearson airport facility, Baseggio will report to Brian Love, chief operating officer. Rob will be responsible for all aspects of Field Aviation’s worldwide business development activities.
Toronto, Canada, June 13, 2016… Field Aviation has appointed Mr. Robert Baseggio to the position of vice president, business development.
Based at Field Aviation’s Toronto Pearson airport facility, Rob will report to Brian Love, chief operating officer. Rob will be responsible for all aspects of Field Aviation’s worldwide business development activities. These include the sale of Field Aviation’s special mission, surveillance, search and rescue and VIP aircraft modifications, kit sales and parts manufacturing capabilities.Rob has an extensive background in aviation through a long and distinguished career spanning the past 17 years at Bombardier Commercial Aircraft.  While there, he spent several years with the contracts team before joining Sales in 2006, where he led successful sales campaigns of C Series, CRJ and Q400 aircraft in Europe and North America.“Field has been experiencing significant growth in our business and in the diversification of our aircraft portfolio.  We are the aircraft modifier of choice for many international governments and agencies, and the addition of an individual such as Robert Baseggio to lead our business development team, will further strengthen and focus our sales efforts as we continue to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise in the civil certification of missionized platforms.”, said Love.  “We look forward to Rob increasing our global presence!”About Field AviationAs a modification and manufacturing center of excellence, Field Aviation is recognized internationally for its design, engineering, integration and certification of kits and modifications designed to enhance the operational utilization of a wide range of commercial aircraft used primarily in special mission applications.
