Wichita, KS – June 21, 2021 – Lee Aerospace is reminded of its history in the evolving aftermarket offerings by adding to the Hawker 125 Series. We began our relationship with aviation in 1989 and now have secured FAA approval on many aftermarket windshields and windows.
Today, Lee Aerospace is expanding the Hawker 125 Series with the addition of the Side Cockpit B Panel Windows, becoming the only company to offer this window in the aftermarket. The series currently includes the cabin windows – in both the wet and dry seal designs. The B panel is now available for the following models: 800A, 800A (C-29A), 800A (U-125), 800B, 1000A, 1000B, Hawker 750, 800, 800 (U-125A), 800XP, 850XP, 900XP and 1000.
“Lee Aerospace has evolved over the last 30 years — from simple air gap windows to laminated windows with complex curves and window assemblies,” said Jim Lee, President of Lee Aerospace. “Now we are moving into exciting programs that incorporate our newest technology, not only in the cabin and side cockpit windows but also in our forward-facing, heated glass programs — and CoolView will be an option on many models.”
We recently completed independent testing at Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research and confirmed that our CoolView windows block infrared rays by over 70 percent. In addition, CoolView windows have a unique tint, creating a sleek and elegant appearance, automatically increasing the allure of the aircraft. In addition to the significant improvements CoolView windows provide, it comes with an extended warranty when installed by Lee Aerospace.
