West Lebanon, NH (July 17, 2012) Signal Aviation Services, the primary general aviation service provider for the Lebanon Municipal Airport, has been purchased by long time employees, Greg Soho and Jason Archambeault. Soho has been the company’s Vice President since 1999 and Archambeault has served as Director of Maintenance since 2007. The organization has a new name, GraniteAirCenter, LLC. with Soho and Archambeault acting as CFO and COO respectively. The sale of the company was finalized on July 10th and the new owners assumed control of the organization immediately.
“This is a very exciting time for us,” said Archambeault. “Greg and I recognized quite some time ago what a great opportunity this was. We are really looking forward to the challenges and rewards of ownership!”
The new owners are planning several improvements and upgrades for the company including purchasing a new deicer, crew car, courtesy van, and ground power unit. “We really want to make some changes that put this organization on a steady growth path,” remarkedSoho. Archambeault andSohobelieve that updating older equipment will help breathe new life into the facility which will also receive a facelift with new carpeting, new paint, and various other improvements.
Over the longer term, the pair hopes to find growth through increased fuel volumes, but also through the aircraft maintenance department. “There are many different aircraft manufacturer’s out there and we are exploring all of them to see what makes the most sense for us.”

Besides carrying Phillips 66 aviation fuels, Granite Air will offer heated hangar space, catering, rental cars, and FAR Part 145 Repair Station maintenance.
