Landmark Aviation’s Milwaukee charter certificate has obtained the prestigious Charter Evaluation and Qualification (CHEQ) Platinum Rating from ARGUS International, Inc. (ARGUS). This achievement means that Landmark’s entire charter operation, encompassing four Part 135 certificates, have now earned a Platinum rating.
"Achieving the prestigious ARGUS Platinum rating is another means for Landmark to ensure our strong safety culture and dedication to quality," Ben Murray president of Landmark Aviation’s Aircraft Management and Charter division explained. "We are continuously striving to operate above and beyond the FAA regulatory standards, industry best practices, and international standards."
According to ARGUS, to qualify for the ARGUS CHEQ Platinum Rating operators must exceed Federal Aviation Regulation 135 standards, have a developed safety management system, a clear emergency response plan, effective policies and procedures, and well-documented records for Operations and Management. The CHEQ system is the most comprehensive and detailed safety analysis program in the private aviation industry. The ARGUS CHEQ report provides the consumer with an independent, factually-based rating of the operator’s safety history.
Landmark Aviation is currently one of only 130 charter operators with the ARGUS CHEQ Platinum Rating.
