Paragon Aviation Group announced their 2016 member awards at NBAA 2016 in Orlando on Nov. 2.
Each year, the Paragon Network votes for one member that has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the network through continuous dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism. The 2016 Paragon Network FBO Member of The Year is Fontainebleau Aviation based in Opa-locka, FL. Throughout the year, Fontainebleau Aviation exhibited these qualities through consistently ensuring that each customer’s visit is flawless, their high level of participation, actively sharing best practices, and serving as a role model and mentor to other Paragon members. “What an honor to be chosen as this year’s FBO Member of the Year”, stated Bobby Courtney, VP of Aviation at Fontainebleau Aviation. “Our team works diligently every day to go above and beyond for our customers and our Paragon Partner FBOs. It feels incredible to have our efforts recognized by our peers.”
The recipient of the 2016 Manager of The Year was awarded to Mark Binko, COO at National Jets, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. “We support this decision unanimously,” said Megan Barnes, Executive Vice President of Paragon Aviation Group. “Mark works tirelessly to ensure that the service level at National Jets is unmatched. He cares a great deal about the operation and his incredible team. His commitment to service shows through his continued investment in providing the best tools and training for his team so that they can exceed customer expectations each and every time. National Jets has benefited significantly from Mark’s leadership and we are proud to call him one of our own.”
For the first time, the 2016 Award of Excellence was awarded to two individuals. The winners include Amie Nappi, CSM at National Jets in Fort Lauderdale, FL and David Kreutzkamp, Marketing Manager at Flite Line Services in Breslau, ON. “David and Amie have both been amazing assets to our network,” stated Scott Jefvert, Director of Sales at Paragon Aviation Group. “Both of these invidivuals have been extremely supportive of the network and do everything they can to ensure the growth and success of their fellow members. This network is unique because our members truly care about the success of their fellow Paragon members. We are proud to recognize both Amie and David this year for going above and beyond.”
