APP Jet Center Manassas Named No. 1 FBO in Washington D.C. Metro Area for Second Year Running
NEW CANAAN, Conn., April 5, 2017 – APP Jet Center, an operator of FBOs (Fixed Based Operations) and aviation real estate, proudly announces that APP Jet Center Manassas, its FBO in Manassas, Va., has been named - for the second year in a row - the No. 1 FBO in the Washington D.C. metro area by Aviation International News (AIN).
AIN awarded this top ranking to APP in its annual FBO survey, the results of which are published in AIN’s April 2017 issue. AIN has conducted surveys since 1981, asking qualified subscribers to its publication about the service that FBOs worldwide provide their customers. This year’s survey asked readers to evaluate FBOs that they visited in the previous year in five categories: line service; passenger amenities; pilot amenities; facilities; and customer service representatives. The survey received evaluations from 7,805 respondents, and 2,189 FBOs (out of 4,500 worldwide) were evaluated.
“We are extremely proud of this ranking,” Quinn Redden, general manager of APP Jet Center Manassas, said. “To earn the top spot for two straight years is a great accomplishment. I thank and congratulate our Manassas team for another job very well done."
