Premier Jet Center Welcomes Michael Lawrence as Operations Manager

Premier Jet Center in Minneapolis welcomes Michael Lawrence as operations manager. Lawrence started in the aviation industry 20 years ago, with the majority of that time spent in a managerial role.

Lawrence’s recent position as general manager at Key Air allowed him to oversee all aspects of the full-service FBO, therefore providing him the knowledge, understanding, and experience needed for continuing the growth and success at Premier Jet Center.

“Michael’s experience and involvement both in operations and facilities management will be a great addition to our team as we continue to grow and expand our business,” says Jim Sweeney, President. “Michael also brings great value in his connections throughout the aviation and business community,” adds Sweeney.

Michael earned his B.A. in Business Administration with a Minor in Airway Science/Aviation from Winona State University and holds a private pilot’s license. Additionally, he has served as a board member in several industry organizations, such as the Minnesota Business Aviation Association and Minnesota Aviation Trades Association, and served as president of the Anoka County Aviation Association.
