Dent was instrumental in helping to develop and write the B727 Pilot Training program for Burnside Ott in Miami and became their program instructor at the age 24. Throughout his career Dent has grown to fulfill the duties of Chief Pilot and Director of Operations for well-known South Florida 135 operators.
