Signature Flight Support Announces Purchase and Operation of Self-Serve Fuel at Santa Barbara Airport
(PR NEWSWIRE) – Today, Signature Flight Support, a BBA Aviation company, announced that it has received approval from the Santa Barbara Airport Director to purchase the only existing Self-Service AvGas 100LL facility at the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) in Santa Barbara, California.
The self-service fuel facility, expected to be officially servicing Signature’s customers in the coming weeks, will offer recreational pilots an additional option for refueling their aircraft. Signature’s Self-Service customers will benefit from an enhanced service experience, including complimentary parking on Signature’s transient ramp for the day of fueling and pedestrian access to and from the Airport Operations Area (AOA) via Signature’s FBO facilities. Full-service customers will continue to receive additional benefits, such as crew car use and Signature TailWins rewards.
