Essinta Labs is introducing “Fuel Meter Cloud,” a mobile application designed to move fuel tickets from the ramp to the back office in seconds. Supporting FBO’s of all sizes, the Fuel Meter Cloud program operates on Android/Apple phones and tablets, and proprietary technology. The solution works with paper tickets, Veeder Root, Liquid Controls, and mechanical registers over Android/Apple phones and tablets to store fuel ticket data on the web. Users can then download fuel tickets to the platform of their choice including EssintaWINGS, TotalFBO (TAS), CSV, or any other program supporting the datalink data protocols.
“The industry has wanted a solution that works on hand-held tablets and phones with any device; Nelson has finally delivered that vision with Fuel Meter Cloud,” said Kevin Jensen, VP of Sales at Total Meter Systems. “Fuel Meter Cloud allows an FBO to mix and match technology from different vendors and create an automated solution that meets their budget. Nelson saw the opportunity to connect the variety of ramp options directly to the different FBO software systems.”
Fuel Meter Cloud provides users flexibility to create unique prompts for each truck and meter, including pre and post fueling questions that are stored in the database for later retrieval.
Additionally, languages other than English are supported. Each meter can connect to different websites to export data automatically via FTP.
Since 1996 Nelson has been building products for the aviation industry, including the FBO Manager software program he founded, and hand-held fueling solutions for airlines and FBOs. “More than two decades of first-hand knowledge has given my team the foundation to build Fuel Meter Cloud,” said John Nelson, President at Essinta Labs. “I have always been passionate about automating the ramp fuelings and eliminating paper tickets. Fuel Meter Cloud will help
FBOs of all sizes increase efficiency.”
