New Director of General Aviation VCO Named By Phillips 66 Aviation
Phillips 66 Aviation is pleased to announce that Dan Gallogly has joined the company as Director, General Aviation Value Chain Optimization (VCO).
In this role, Gallogly is responsible for developing profitable general interest jet growth in the U.S. with major domestic and foreign airlines, U.S. regional airlines, cargo operators and large body private charter operators.

He will play a significant role, helping the organization grow and further solidify our position as the leader in aviation."
Gallogly has nearly 30 years of sales and marketing experience in both the aviation and petroleum industries. He most recently served as vice president of sales and business development for EPIC Fuels before joining Phillips 66 in January 2019. During his tenure at EPIC, Gallogly held various management positions in both general and commercial aviation. He was involved in the development of EPIC’s government fuels program and EPIC’s entry into the Canadian general aviation market.
A licensed pilot, Dan remains active in the aviation community and currently serves on the Presidents Council for the National Air Transportation Association. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Aviation Council of Pennsylvania for 20 years and held various officer positions on the Board including President of the Council from 2005 – 2007.
He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from Waynesburg University.
Gallogly is based on the East Coast, anticipating the higher potential for business opportunities in this high-density air traffic region. He reports to Grant.
