ABSG to Facilitate 12th Annual NATA FBO Success Seminar
Aviation Business Strategies Group (ABSG) will facilitate the 12th annual NATA FBO Success Seminar scheduled for March 26-27 in Savannah, GA.
ABSG originally developed the concept and curriculum for the seminar in 2008 making it the longest running National Air Transportation Association (NATA) professional development program. Since its initial offering held onboard a cruise ship, more than 300 FBO owners, operators, managers and supervisors have attended the seminar with many returning for additional training.
This year's seminar will be held at the Embassy Suites in Savannah's historic district. A special dinner cruise and networking event is scheduled for March 26th along the Savannah River.
According to ABSGs Principals, John Enticknap and Ron Jackson, the goal of the seminar is to help FBOs learn and adopt winning strategies by focusing on four aspects of improving their operation: maximizing profits, reducing expenses, creating a better customer experience and improving bottom-line performance. For each seminar, ABSG updates the curriculum and adds new content to keep pace with current FBO industry trends.
Mike France, Managing Director, Safety and Training for NATA, said, "the FBO Success Seminar offers a professional training program that is well-received by our member companies and other industry attendees who have reported success in their operations after adopting strategies taught in the seminar."
"I've been to the FBO Success Seminar twice and using the tactics and strategies learned, we've seen a dramatic increase in profitability for the company," said Troy Hyberger, Manager, FBO Services with Duncan Aviation. "The FBO Success Seminar is the only seminar being offered for FBO owners and managers that focuses on profitability and the customer experience as well as finding the right balance that works for you. If you follow the steps, you will be successful."
Registration for the NATA FBO Success Seminar can be made on the NATA web site.
