ACI Jet, a world-class FBO providing corporate aircraft management, charter, maintenance and ground handling services announces its John Wayne Orange County Airport (KSNA) location becomes the Corporate Aircraft Association (CAA) Preferred FBO effective July 1. This award is a first for ACI Jet’s John Wayne location as this distinction was previously held by its competitor.
Founded in 1995, CAA has worked exclusively on behalf of Part 91 operators to achieve the best negotiated fuel prices at FBOs through the strength of its membership. CAA members are guaranteed to receive the best transient fuel pricing of any fuel program offered to Part 91 operators at a CAA Preferred FBO such as ACI Jet. Currently there are over 250 CAA Preferred FBO Network locations across North America.
“We are honored to be named the CAA Preferred FBO at John Wayne Airport” says William “Bill” Borgsmiller, ACI Jet’s President and CEO. “This aligns well with who we are as a company – we are ‘Aviators Doing Aviation’ - and as pilots ourselves we understand the key elements to running a successful flight department, of which cost savings through realizing the best fuel price available is paramount.”
In addition to its designation as the CAA Preferred FBO at SNA, ACI Jet offers maintenance support to customers at all its FBO locations. At the John Wayne Airport FBO location, ACI Jet provides AOG support through Mobile Service Units 24/7, 365 days a year. Beyond AOG support, ACI Jet offers a vast array of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services to aircraft at the San Luis Obispo (KSBP) location - which Borgsmiller notes was recently approved as the newest Bombardier Authorized Service Facility (ASF). Adds Borgsmiller; “ACI Jet is able to provide CAA members with a host of complementary support services, including aircraft maintenance. There are few aviation companies that can provide a more complete solution, and as such, this is an added value and peace of mind for customers who visit an ACI Jet location.”
