Western Aircraft, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today that it has promoted two individuals within its maintenance department.
Steve Myers has been promoted to Jet Service Manager. His primary duties include day-to-day operations with a focus on allocating manpower and driving production to meet customer needs.
He has been with Western Aircraft for 13 years and previously served in various roles as Lead and Team Lead throughout his tenure.
Steve Rozbora is also stepping into an increased role as Western Aircraft’s Turbo Prop Production Manager. Rising quickly, Steve has been with Western Aircraft since May of this year as a quality control floor inspector. In his new role, he is responsible for daily manpower allocation, utilization and tracking of the maintenance with direct oversight on the project. He additionally provides logistical support for other key areas. Prior to joining Western, he was with Honeywell International for 21 years with his most recent position as Director of Maintenance.
