Phillips 66-Branded McKinley Air Inc. Selected as CAA Preferred FBO at Akron-Canton Airport
Phillips 66 Aviation congratulates McKinley Air Inc. as the new Corporate Aircraft Association (CAA) Preferred FBO at Akron-Canton Airport (KCAK) in Ohio.
The Phillips 66 branded FBO was selected through a CAA member voting process. To achieve the designation, an FBO applicant must win the voting process among the members. Only one FBO on the airport is selected to be the CAA Preferred FBO, and the contract lasts for three years.
“We’re thrilled that McKinley Air has received this designation,” said Lindsey Grant, manager, general aviation, Phillips 66. “They work hard to ensure a high-quality of customer service, and we’re proud of what they’ve accomplished.”
According to the CAA, “a CAA Preferred FBO is a combination of good service and fair pricing provided to our members by some of the most qualified personnel and FBO Management in our business.”
“We thank our customers and CAA members for trusting us to serve as their CAA Preferred FBO at Akron-Canton Airport,” said Jen Philabaum, CSR manager, McKinley Air.
COO of McKinley Air Louanne Kiko added, “this designation comes at a perfect time, as business aviation seeks to ramp up, and we greatly appreciate the support we received from Phillips 66 to help us offer reduced fuel costs.”
McKinley Air offers 24/7 fueling services, NATA Safety 1st trained line personnel and it’s ideally located just North of the main terminal sharing a ramp with Customs. The FBO also offers Type I and Type IV deicing capabilities, eight heated hangars, and many other pilot amenities like an executive conference room, workroom and lounge, spacious lobby, luxury crew car and van, and fresh coffee and snacks.
