Asian Corporate Aircraft Management Adds Hangar Facility

June 7, 2021
Looking ahead to 2021, ACAM, along with sister company ACAM Flight Support have announced that as of June they are now managing their own hangar facility at Seletar International Airport.

The last 18 months was a challenging time across all aviation sectors, including business aviation. Despite interruption to operations, border closures at short notice, difficulties in positioning crews to name just a few of the challenges, business aviation was generally kept busy, with some regional exceptions.

Asian Corporate Aviation Management (ACAM), the Singapore based operator specializing in corporate aircraft management and CAMO closed off 2020 reporting activities on a par with the previous year despite the global turmoil.

Looking ahead to 2021, ACAM, along with sister company ACAM Flight Support have announced that as of June they are now managing their own hangar facility at Seletar International Airport and can offer clients both short and long term covered parking up to and including Gulfstream 450 size. The hangar also allows the company to offer additional services including aircraft maintenance support and cleaning.

This additional facility for ACAM clients continues the trend that the company has established since its foundation in 2010, to continuously strive to offer the highest level of international standards.

Parent company Asia Corporate Aviation Management achieved IBAC IS-BAO Stage 2 during 2020 while ACAM Flight Support had a busy year, achieving IS-BAH Stage 1 and they also gained NATA Safety 1st Marshaller Ratings for their ramp team and Safety 1st Clean Standard for their Seletar facility. ACAM holds US FAA International Aviation Safety Assessment Category 1. ACAM, is now listed in the Top 10 Operators by Fleet for the region.

CEO Darren Broderick says “Our vision, since the founding of the company back in 2010, has always been to grow our business by being the very-best at what we do. We have strived to attain the best professional standards in the business aviation sector. This put us in a good position when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the aviation world. We were able to adapt to this changing environment and give our clients confidence in our professionalism.”

Joshua Maniar, Flight Operation Supervisor, explained “Across our company, providing world class service combined with implementing best safety practice is our goal. Both passengers and crew are telling us that they feel safe in our hands.”
