Paragon Network FBOs Earn Top Rankings Once Again in 2023 AIN FBO Survey
Paragon Network FBOs continued to achieve superior rankings in the 2023 AIN FBO Survey of the Americas in the areas of Line Service, Passenger Amenities, Pilot Amenities, Facilities, and CSRs. Both Henriksen Jet Center FBOs (KEDC & KTME) and Business Jet Center (KDAL) continued their dominance by ranking in the top 5% of all FBOs, while Fargo Jet Center (KFAR) and National Jets (KFLL) were recognized in the top 10% and 20%, respectively.
In the individual AIN categories, Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) took top honors in Passenger Amenities while Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) earned top honors in Pilot Amenities. Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) also ranked high in Pilot Amenities as well as Facilities. National Jets (KFLL) ranked 4th in Line Service, Business Jet Center (KDAL) tied for 4th place in Passenger Amenities, and Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) rounded out their awards placing 3rd for Facilities.
Broken down by different U.S. regions, several Paragon FBOs received top marks including: Business Jet Center (KDAL), Clay Lacy Aviation (KVNY), ExecuJet (TNCM), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC & KTME), Modern Aviation (KBFI), National Jets (KFLL), Odyssey Aviation (MYNN), and Premier Jet Center (KFCM).
AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific FBO employees who consistently go above and beyond. Kevin Cayer – Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Lizeth Cervantes - Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC), Jeanette Rivera – Clay Lacy Aviation (KVNY), Ysabella Tetley – Henriksen Jet Center (KTME), Dawndi Ulmer – Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), and Cat Wren – Business Jet Center (KDAL) all received accolades for their outstanding performance in their profession.
