Signature Aviation Appoints New Chief Digital and Information Officer
Signature Aviation, the world’s largest private aviation terminal operator, has appointed Al Lettera as its new Chief Digital and Information Officer. This move is part of Signature’s efforts to strengthen its technology infrastructure backbone and set a digital strategy that drives innovation and delivers a simple and modern experience for guests and team members.

Lettera officially joined Signature on June 3, 2024, and he will be responsible for facilitating seamless operations for more than 200 bases globally through technology and creating a digital strategy that will continue to differentiate Signature. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Information Technology at Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States with over 2,200 stores and approximately $15 billion in annual revenue. Lettera was responsible for application development, platform engineering, infrastructure, business and vendor relationship management, business/IT prioritization, global on-call support for over 400 applications, project management, and more. He led the re-implementation of eCommerce platforms, enabling Tractor Supply Company’s digital business to grow 10 times, and added new capabilities along the way, creating a seamless online/in-store experience including the launch of a Customer Mobile Application. Lettera also played a key role in the development of Tractor Supply Company’s mobility journey in stores, empowering team members with tools to assist customers and drive day-to-day operational efficiencies.
Prior to Tractor Supply Company, he worked at Office Depot as Vice President of Applications Development where he was responsible for several transformation initiatives throughout his tenure with the company. Lettera also previously worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a principal consultant, supporting several global initiatives with multiple Fortune 300 companies.
