Signature Aviation Elevates Rental Car Experience with On-site Service from Go Rentals

July 30, 2024

Signature Aviation, the world’s largest network of private aviation terminals, has announced a newly formed rental car program, featuring a partnership with Go Rentals, the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental company specializing in private aviation.

The updated program was deployed this summer throughout Signature’s network, where Go Rentals is now its preferred partner at 84 locations. The new partnership is highlighted by the addition of an on-site presence from Go Rentals at 67 of Signature’s private aviation terminals, which will include a dedicated space with staff present daily during business hours. Adding to the guest experience, Go Rentals representatives on-site will also have ramp access for plane-side service to give Signature guests a seamless travel experience from end to end.

“Signature is passionate about innovating and elevating the guest experience throughout our network, and our expanded rental car program advances that mission,” said Derek DeCross, Chief Commercial Officer, Signature Aviation. “Together with Go Rentals, we’re excited to introduce a new level of convenience, luxury, and service within our network, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.”

As part of the partnership, the program with Go Rentals will offer Signature guests a wealth of new benefits at all locations where they are present, including ready vehicles upon arrival, an enhanced booking process, access to a new and upgraded fleet of vehicles, crew rate discounts, seamless returns, and reservation assurance for peak events.

“Providing the highest level of extraordinary service is our passion as well as our number one mission. We welcome this collaborative opportunity with Signature Aviation to share the most positive guest experience in the industry with memorable and personalized attention” said Kaye Gitibin, CEO, Go Rentals.

The expanded rental car program reinforces Signature’s commitment to guest hospitality, joining recent initiatives such as an updated coffee program in partnership with Lavazza, expanded technology for seamless guest communications, and a reimagining of its guest experience highlighted by recent terminal openings in Des Moines, Key West, New Orleans, and Shreveport, as well as upcoming terminal updates in Teterboro, Dallas, Huntsville, and Savannah.
