Phillips 66 Aviation is ‘Cleared for Business’ at 2024 NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas
Phillips 66 Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major jet and avgas fuel supplier to general aviation, commercial and military aviation, is excited to announce its return to the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) Oct. 22 – 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Phillips 66 Aviation, a leader in the aviation fuel industry and the 2024 No. 1 Fuel Brand, according to the 2024 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, will elevate this year’s convention theme, "Innovation Takes Flight," by showcasing its new “Cleared for Go” campaign. With the launch of "Cleared for Go,” Phillips 66 Aviation aims to redefine its leading role in the aviation fuel industry. Attendees will gain insights into how Phillips 66 Aviation’s support and services are designed to keep planes in the air and businesses growing.
“With the world of aviation constantly evolving, this event is essential to aviation fuel industry professionals,” said Sunny Lopez, manager, Phillips 66 Aviation. “Our team is looking forward to connecting with attendees and sharing how we set the standard for excellence in aviation fuel, support services and safety and how we can help businesses go even further.”
To celebrate the campaign with a Vegas flair, visitors are invited to join in on PlinGO, an exciting twist on the classic Plinko game. Participants will have the chance to win great prizes, including Phillips 66 long-sleeved t-shirts and packing cubes. Some attendees will win Apple watches, while one lucky winner will take home an Apple MacBook. To take off into the action, visitors will collect cards by exploring the Phillips 66 FBOs showcased within the booth.
At booth #501, visitors will meet several Phillips 66 FBOs exhibiting within the booth and learn about their latest news and unique services: Business Jet, DuPage Flight Center, Ft. Lauderdale Executive Jet Center, Gill Aviation, Texas Jet, Tri-City Aviation and Yelvington Jet Aviation.
The booth will also highlight the advantages of joining the Phillips 66 branded FBO network. Members of this prestigious network benefit from a range of exclusive benefits, including competitive fuel pricing, comprehensive marketing support, access to multiple supply options and a trusted brand known for quality and safety. Partnering with Phillips 66 Aviation offers valuable connections and resources to help FBOs succeed.
Phillips 66 Aviation Lubricants will be on-site to showcase their premium line of engine oils and hydraulic fluids designed to exceed industry standards. These high-performance lubricants, approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and major engine manufacturers, ensure optimal operation from the first flight to time between overhaul (TBO). Whether in extreme cold or hot, humid conditions, Phillips 66 products offer reliable protection and enhanced performance. Attendees can learn how the versatile Phillips 66 X/C line is compatible with other brands and can benefit both single-engine aircraft and fleets.
The Phillips 66 Aviation Contract Fuel program, designed to help pilots, operators and FBOs save money and not carry cards or fuel releases, will be featured at the booth. Overall, the program helps streamline operations by offering discounted fuel nationwide, a direct relationship with a fuel refiner and access to Phillips 66 branded FBOs. A distinctive feature of the program is that Phillips 66 requires no fees or minimum volume to sign up. It also eliminates markups on ancillary fees and offers a range of other valuable benefits.
On Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m., Phillips 66 Aviation will present a check to the Corporate Angel Network (CAN) as part of its ongoing support for the organization. CAN, the only charitable organization in the U.S. dedicated to arranging free air travel for cancer patients to treatment centers, will have representatives at the booth to accept the donation. Since 2010, Phillips 66 Aviation has contributed over $280,000 to CAN, assisting numerous families in accessing essential medical care.
Also at the booth, Phillips 66 Aviation will unveil a special announcement that highlights its commitment to exemplary fuel safety performance, program innovation and leadership. This announcement is set to encourage industry-wide excellence in fuel safety.
Lastly, Phillips 66 employees will be at the booth to discuss the future of SAF supply and electronic point of sale (EPOS) options currently available and under development for our branded FBO network.
