Freeman Holdings Group proudly reveals the addition of two Texas fixed-base operators (FBOs), Million Air Lubbock (KLBB) and Freeman Jet Center Abilene (KABI), previously known as Lubbock Aero and Abilene Aero, respectively. These two locations are Freeman Holdings Group’s first locations in Texas.
With this acquisition, Freeman Holdings Group's FBO count climbs to 24 locations, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.
Scott Freeman, CEO of Freeman Holdings Group, highlighted the significance of the recent acquisitions: "The addition of Million Air Lubbock and Freeman Jet Center Abilene underscores our commitment to expanding our network of premium FBO locations and bolstering our exceptional services. We are excited to welcome these new locations into the Freeman Holdings Group family and look forward to delivering unparalleled experiences to our customers in Texas and beyond."
Offering premium services synonymous with Million Air and Freeman Jet Center establishments, both Lubbock and Abilene FBOs promise customers a top-notch experience. In addition to essential amenities, like safety-first services, DLA-approved aviation fuel, aircraft parking and GPU/power cart services, the FBOs will also extend full-scale maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, aircraft sales and charter facilities in west Texas.
Both locations serve as factory service centers for Textron and Cirrus aircraft and boast a rich history of aviation services in their communities. Lubbock Aero has been a staple at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport since 1990, while Abilene Aero has upheld a legacy of exceptional customer care at Abilene Regional Airport for 57 years.
As long-time members of the Avfuel Network, both Million Air Lubbock and Freeman Jet Center Abilene will continue to provide customers with lucrative rewards through AVTRIP and competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel. Customers also benefit from transaction ease when using the Avfuel Pro Card at each FBO, with the ability to put everything—fuel and non-fuel items with or without a fuel purchase—on one transaction.
