In Collaboration with Havaş, airBaltic Selected the Most Punctual Airline in Europe
airBaltic, which is provided ground handling services by Havaş, one of the leading global brands in Turkey in ground handling services and celebrating the 86th anniversary of its foundation, at Riga Airport, has retained its place as the most punctual airline in Europe and is the second most punctual in the world by OAG, a UK based research company. The survey tracked the performance of over 58 million flight records in 2018 and airBaltic has topped the on-time performance ranking with 89.17% punctuality. airBaltic, one of the long-term collaboration of Havaş, which endeavors adding value to the performance of its business partners with high-quality, reliable and on-time service mentality, has been on the top of the global on-time performance ranking for the past five consecutive years

In 2018, Havaş handled 1,5 million baggage at Riga Airport and provided service to 28,000 turnarounds and more than 4 million passengers, as well as 8,000 tons of cargo.
