Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-range provider of aviation services at 15 airports across the Nordics, is expanding its leadership team. Joining the company as business excellence director is Natalija Mager-Falkauskiene, a seasoned senior manager with in-depth knowledge of process optimization and LEAN methods.

“Onboarding Natalija is a major step in the development of our organisation. Over the years, we have built extremely robust processes, but with someone as detail-oriented and meticulous as Natalija, we’re sure to level up our productivity, efficiency, and sustainability game even further,” said Jo Alex Tanem, CEO of Aviator Airport Alliance.

Before joining Aviator, Mager-Falkauskiene worked across multiple diverse industries, including retail, facility management, and integrated utility services.

“Aviator’s mission of delivering the right service with the right quality at the right time resonates with me deeply. I am committed to ensuring that our organizational processes are in full alignment with this mission, and I want to enable every team member to contribute and engage in ongoing and continuous improvement. After all, improvement is impossible without the valuable input of everyone – from top managers to frontline employees," Mager-Falkauskiene said.

Business excellence director is a new position at Aviator Airport Alliance, whose core responsibilities will revolve around creating and standardising processes that help improve business operations, manage projects efficiently, and ensure sustainable practices are implemented, reflecting a strong ESG commitment.

When it comes to the latter, the company’s sustainability efforts have been at the forefront of its operations. Having recently won Lufthansa’s Sustainability Award 2024, Aviator aims to reach 100% CO2 neutrality in Sweden by 2025.

Incorporating LEAN principles into ground handling operations will further focus on minimizing activities that do not add value, improving product and service quality, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Aviator Airport Alliance is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance) provider, operating a fleet of 212 passenger and cargo aircraft worldwide. The group also provides various aviation services such as MRO, pilots and crew training, ground handling, and other interconnected solutions.
