Mainline Aviation is partnering with SAS Scandinavian Airlines to provide in-flight catering services for the airline's transatlantic route from Atlanta to Copenhagen.
The route operates daily during the summer months, utilizing an Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

In preparation for the collaboration, the award winning culinary team curated a menu that reflects the culinary traditions of both Scandinavia and the South in the United States.
Menu items include:
- Smoked Trout Salad
- Braised Short Rib with Smoked Tomato Jam
- Confit Lemon Chicken with Wild Mushroom Conserva
- Locally Sourced Meats + Cheeses
