HHS Aviation Signs New Service Agreement with American Airlines

HHS will provide customer services to help American Airlines passengers navigate international arrivals and departures, ensuring an efficient travel experience.

HHS Aviation continues to position itself as a leading provider of customer service solutions for major airlines, announcing a three-year agreement with American Airlines at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

Under the agreement, HHS will provide customer services to help American Airlines passengers navigate international arrivals and departures, ensuring an efficient travel experience. HHS team members will handle baggage rechecks, provide directions to connecting flights, and offer general assistance to navigate the airport.

This agreement marks HHS Aviation's second major partnership with a prominent U.S. airline and strengthens its presence at airports ranked amongst the highest for aircraft traffic.

Following a successful first half of the year, the deal signifies continued growth for the company.
