Menzies Aviation, the leading service partner to the world’s airports and airlines, has announced the appointment of Anabela Barros as managing director of Menzies Aviation Macau. The announcement comes as the organization celebrates 30 years of operations, providing high quality aviation services at Macau International Airport (MFM). Barros joined Menzies Aviation in 2002, and most recently held the position of head of commercial and cargo services, where she was responsible for Menzies Macau’s growing cargo and logistics business. Barros succeeds Raymond Lo, who was appointed chief executive of Menzies CNAC in Hong Kong earlier this year. In her new role, she will oversee all operations, ensuring that Menzies Macau continues to deliver exceptional value to its airline customers and airport partners. “I am honoured and excited to take on the role of managing director at Menzies Aviation Macau,” Barros said. “I look forward to working with our talented team as we continue to deliver high quality aviation services for our airline customers and airport partners, as we continue our growth journey.” “We’re excited for Menzies Aviation Macau to embark on an exciting new chapter under Anabela Barros’s leadership. With well over two decades of experience at Menzies and a proven track record of success, Anabela is well placed to deliver our ambitious plans in the region. We look forward to working with Anabela in her new role,” added Darren Masters, EVP – Oceania, SE Asia and China, Menzies Aviation.
