January 21-23, 2025, Swissport hosted its annual global Station Managers and Commercial Conference, bringing together key industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and service excellence, as well as launch Swissport’s 2030 vision. The highlight of the event, the Supply Chain Excellence Forum and Awards, recognized the contributions of Swissport’s partners in shaping the future of aviation services. With more than 40 participating partners, from regional to global enterprises, the conference underscored the power of collaboration in delivering world-class aviation solutions.

  • By expanding Aspire Executive Lounges offerings globally with new partners, Swissport aims to ensure lounges not only exceed the expectations of customers but also provide a seamless, elevated experience for passengers. 
  • Swissport is spearheading digital transformation, rethinking processes and embracing data-driven decision-making. Matchbox is an example of AI solutions enabling the company to deliver smarter, faster, and more seamless services; creating an operational ecosystem that is resilient, scalable, and future-ready.
  • With growing industry-wide focus on reducing carbon footprints, Swissport continues to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its operations. Guangtai and TLD, our preferred ground support equipment (GSE) partners, as well as its preferred uniform supply chain partner, Selection Clothing, were recognized for their contributions customizing their products to Swissport’s specific sustainability and safety requirements. These steps will bring Swissport closer to its goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
