    The bag lift is used to convey gate checked baggage to/from the gate to the aircraft. It includes a bag cart which is lifted by a cradle within and enclosed hoistway to a position in the passenger boarding bridge or adjacent to it. The bag cart is lowered and wheeled to the aircraft for loading.
